Compensation and Benefits Specialist

As a Compensation and Benefits Expert, you will play a key role in aligning the organization's compensation and benefits practices with its overall HR and organizational philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing compensation structures and determining appropriate salary levels
- Monitoring the organization's compensation structure and maintaining balance between compliance, control of costs, and attracting and retaining staff
- Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis to support actionable market intelligence
- Consulting with and educating senior leaders and managers on the organization's compensation philosophy, policies, and structures
You will be responsible for driving wellbeing and benefits operations to enable the development and successful implementation of health and mental wellbeing policies and programs.
- Defining problem statements, goal setting, performance management, escalation management, and coaching/mentoring the operations team
- Working closely with senior leadership, HR, HQ benefits, and wellbeing teams to build consensus and support for the India Health and Wellbeing Strategy
- Communicating and branding all associate benefits
- Driving insurance renewal for the Fiserv entity
- Developing the approach for administering health and wellbeing programs in collaboration with local and global teams
- 10-12 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Experienced graduate in any discipline or MBA Finance/HR
- Prior experience in people leadership with expertise in benefits portfolio management
- Deep expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management, and process design/governance
- Strong network of peers in competitor organizations
- Awareness of market landscape and practices specifically in health and mental wellbeing
- Strong presentation skills and communication are desirable
- Able to handle large size data in Excel
- Must be able to conduct self in a professional manner in dealing with highly sensitive information
- Time management and analytical skills
- Utilize strong organizational skills to establish a plan, define objectives, set deliverables/timelines, and implement quality standards
