High-Impact Varicent Consultant Role

Job Description:

This dynamic role at Olive Green Consulting involves delivering end-to-end Varicent solution implementations to empower global enterprises and unlock growth through innovative compensation solutions.

Role Overview:

As a Varicent Consultant, you will lead full-cycle implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support. Your work will span across key Varicent modules, including data imports, report creation, workflow design, and collaboration with internal teams and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive Varicent solution implementations to drive business outcomes
  • Configure various modules: Data Import, Calculations, Reporting, Web Forms, Workflow
  • Conduct thorough testing (unit, QA, UAT) to ensure high-quality solutions
  • Provide production deployment and issue resolution support
  • Prepare technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with global clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of Varicent/IBM ICM implementation experience
  • Strong SQL & ETL/data transformation skills to drive data-driven insights
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills to collaborate effectively
  • Proven ability to manage tasks independently in fast-paced environments
