About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality, effective compensation and benefits solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of total rewards design principles and their application, along with associated business acumen. They will also have experience in conducting annual compensation cycles and engaging with benefits vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver annual pay review and bonus processes at clients, ensuring statutory compliance and alignment with market practices.
  • Conduct compensation and benefits market benchmarking, trends, and advisory services.
  • Evaluate jobs and create leveling models.
  • Manage the annual C&B cycle budget, execute programs, and present recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with HR operations to implement programs, liaise with benefits partners, and work with finance to execute benefits programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A degree in HR or a related field, with a Master's / MBA preferred.
  • Relevant certifications from widely recognized professional bodies.
  • 3+ years of experience in a compensation role, with a mix of consulting and field C&B preferred.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data and insights.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience working with talent acquisition, business partnering, and other teams on client delivery.
