Compensation and Benefits Expert Position

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits expert to join our team in a key role that focuses on compensation and benefits management. This position involves ensuring that our pay and benefits programs are competitive, compliant with relevant laws, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze compensation and benefits data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.).
  • Support the design and implementation of compensation policies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 7 years of experience specifically in Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing compensation and benefits initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation and benefits.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
