Compensation and Benefits Strategist

This is a pivotal role that involves developing, implementing, and managing compensation structures to align with business objectives and market competitiveness.

  • Develop strategic compensation structures aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Conduct benchmarking analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Benefits Administration:

  • Design and manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of these programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Performance Management and Rewards:

  • Drive annual compensation review cycles including salary increments, promotions, and bonus payouts.
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to develop fair and transparent reward systems.

Policy and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compensation and benefits programs.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Develop dashboards and reports on compensation, benefits utilization, and workforce cost analysis.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Employee Engagement and Communication:

  • Communicate compensation and benefits policies effectively to employees.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for employee queries related to pay, benefits, and rewards.

Special Projects:

  • Support M&A integration, organizational restructuring, and mobility programs from a rewards perspective.
  • Collaborate with global teams to drive consistency in total rewards programs.
