Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled TMS Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating and configuring Transport Management Software (TMS) with other systems via APIs.

As a TMS Integration Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and maintain API integrations between the TMS and other platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Configure carrier accounts, service levels, and related options to ensure accurate rates, labels, and shipments.
  • Set up warehouse locations and related settings to match routing and fulfillment practices.
  • Implement business rules for service selection, packaging, SLAs, returns, and special handling where applicable.
  • Apply correct HS Codes, Dangerous Goods designations, and inventory segmentation in day-to-day configuration.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience with TMS software (e.g., ShipHawk, ShipStation, or an equivalent).
  • Practical experience integrating systems via APIs.
  • Real-world configuration of carriers, warehouse locations, and shipping policies.
  • Working knowledge of HS Codes, Dangerous Goods, and inventory segmentation.
