Job Title: Enterprise Integration Specialist

Amaris ACT is a center of excellence specializing in HR solutions.

This role involves the technical aspects of implementing and supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including integrations, reports, and customizations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with partners to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.
  • Designing and developing complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, ensuring efficient data flow and compatibility.
  • Implementing and maintaining integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Creating technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Staying up-to-date with Workday updates and incorporating them into integration strategies.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

You will need to possess:

  • A strong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
