HR Leadership Opportunity

This role plays a pivotal part in overseeing and managing key HR aspects, including performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and organizational design. The ideal candidate will have broad understanding of HR practices and adept at handling multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:Performance Management:
  • Manage annual goal setting, periodic performance assessments, and calibration with the leadership team.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans.
  • Implement employee recognition programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Guide leadership on salary revisions, performance bonus payouts, and job restructuring.
  • Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Learning and Development:
  • Identify gaps in technical competencies and soft skills across job roles.
  • Implement delivery methods, workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and external trainers for high-quality delivery.
  • Establish metrics to measure training effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and gather feedback.
Culture and Engagement:
  • Develop a positive culture that promotes engagement, inclusivity, and productivity.
  • Measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective communication channels within the organization.
  • Facilitate team-building activities to improve collaboration.
Organizational Design:
  • Assess and design organizational structures to support business goals.
  • Clearly define roles and responsibilities.
Employee Relations:
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
