Job Opportunity: Dynamics 365 Expert

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Expert to join our team.

  • Design, develop, and enhance solutions using Dynamics 365 online with an emphasis on scalability and upgradability.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain C#/.NET plugins, especially Azure-aware plugins for efficient integrations.
  • Implement JavaScript/jQuery customizations for form logic, UI enhancements, and client-side integrations within D365 CE.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate flows ensuring seamless D365 automation and orchestration.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and vendors using third-party APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and augment existing Dynamics configurations, custom extensions, and daily reporting delivered to the Service Leader.
  • Uphold CRM best practices through solution design, vendor integrations, version control, testing, and deployment.
  • Align technical designs with Microsoft's product roadmap and future direction.

Skill Requirements:

  • Mandatory Skills:
    • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 configuration and customized development (≥5 years)
    • C#/.NET plugin development (≥3 years)
    • Javascript/Jquery customization within D365 CE (≥5 years)
    • Power Automate flows implementation and maintenance (≥3 years)
    • Azure services/components integration (≥3 years)
    • API integration with third-party systems (≥3 years)
    • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, GIT, and automation/tooling
  • Good-to-Have Skills:
    • Microsoft certifications (e.g. Dynamics 365 Developer Associate)
    • Dynamics 365 ecosystem tools like Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI)
