About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Sales and Growth Specialist in a fast-growing company, revolutionising the aged care & NDIS sector with AI-powered automation and analytics.

As a Sales and Growth Specialist, you will be the engine behind our sales growth—keeping the pipeline clean, ensuring our CRO's time is maximised, and building strong client connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement & Scheduling:
    • Connect with prospective customers daily via phone and email.
    • Set up and coordinate 30-minute calls for the CRO with prospects and partners.
    • Draft and reply to customer emails, ensuring fast, professional communication.
    • Maintain strong client relationships by managing follow-ups and action points.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management:
    • Update and maintain Pipedrive daily with all prospective clients and lead activity.
    • Perform daily CRM hygiene checks to ensure data accuracy.
    • Track and review daily lead-gen numbers and ensure no opportunity is missed.
    • Run daily pipeline reviews and share key updates with the CRO.
    • Prepare and update forecasts and dashboards to monitor revenue metrics.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting:
    • Take detailed notes during meetings, capturing action items and follow-ups.
    • Support weekly Revenue Stand-Up meetings, tracking progress against goals.
    • Draft and review agreements, proposals, and contracts.
    • Negotiate terms within agreed guidelines and ensure pricing compliance.
    • Work with legal to align on enterprise deal requirements and liabilities.
    • Track joint pipeline progress with partners and stakeholders.
  • Marketing & Thought Leadership:
    • Assist the CRO with writing and posting content to boost the company's brand.
    • Review contracts and agreements daily to ensure consistency and compliance.
    • Contribute to sales campaigns by monitoring lead performance and results.
