Job Overview:

This role involves maintaining effective relationships with regulatory bodies, ensuring seamless communication between departments and a thorough understanding of local authorities and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Oversight:

Evaluate the manufacturing plant's adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.

Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance policies accordingly.

Promote and submit compliance documentation to relevant authorities as required.

Internal Communication and Liaison:

Serve as the primary liaison between the manufacturing plant and regulatory agencies, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Communicate compliance requirements clearly and effectively to all departments.

Audit and Inspection Coordination:

Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.

Develop corrective action plans based on audit findings and inspection reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance-related issues.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of compliance activities.

Prepare and present regular compliance status reports to the management team.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with the production team to implement best practices.

Stay updated on industry trends and evolving regulatory requirements to maintain compliance.
