Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Description:

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Specialist to lead our efforts in Open Banking and PSD2 compliance. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting regulatory requirements, identifying areas of non-compliance, and implementing corrective actions.

About the Role:

  • Conduct detailed analyses of Open Banking regulations (such as PSD2, PSD3) and interpret regulatory requirements into actionable business insights.
  • Produce comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
  • SUPPORTING internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.
  • Monitor regulatory developments, including the EBA's publications, to ensure timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is a must.
  • Experience in regulatory interpretation, impact analysis, and the creation of traceability matrices.
  • Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
