  • Achieve ambitious targets by effectively handling key accounts and meeting client requirements.
  • Oversee the entire RFP process, from coordinating kick-off meetings to reviewing customer needs and ensuring project take-off.
  • Handle day-to-day customer management operations, provide timely resolution for customer issues, and build long-term relations.
  • Foster regular communication with clients to understand their changing needs and practice effective relationship management.
  • Cultivate repeat business, new business, and increase account penetration through close collaboration with regional business managers.
Requirements:
  • 15-20 years of experience in the telecom industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecom business operations across various verticals.
  • Strong understanding of cutting-edge sales and CRM concepts across segments.
  • Professional skills in customer focus, account mapping, persuasion & negotiation, relationship management, and customer retention.
  • Operational effectiveness in initiative & passion, resource management, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, achievement orientation, and problem-solving.
  • Strategic focus in decision-making, sensing opportunities, and business cognizance.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in electronics or telecom engineering.
