PAC Cosmetics Private Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives that promote a positive work culture, attract and retain top talent, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely recruitment processes.
  • Foster a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and build a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring prompt conflict resolution and maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback surveys to identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Design and oversee performance management systems, ensuring regular evaluations and feedback processes that drive growth and development.
  • Implement training programs and career progression plans to support employee development and succession planning.
  • Guide managers in setting performance goals and conducting appraisals, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance leadership skills.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, reviewing and updating HR procedures as needed to maintain regulatory adherence.
  • Oversee the management of employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to develop effective learning and development programs that address skill gaps.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in an HR managerial role. A Master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and proven experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₹2,00,000 - ₹4,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
