We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Development Lead to join our team at Fairdeal Realtors Pvt. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our workforce and cultivating a thriving work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications, ensuring the fitment process is followed by all indenters.
    • Lead the recruitment team, ensuring all processes from job posting to interviewing and hiring decisions are executed, and joining targets are achieved.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
    • Present MIS and analytics to the management team periodically, as per set cycle.
  • Talent Management:
    • Implement effective onboarding and induction for new hires.
    • Develop strategies for employee development, career progression, leadership development, and succession planning, ensuring adherence to the performance management system by all managers and employees.
    • Conduct performance evaluation processes to ensure high standards and identify areas for improvement, including routine skill gap analytics and competency mapping.
    • Facilitate and resolve any issues and grievances based on the grievance management process related to employee performance and relations.
    • Present MIS and analytics to the management team periodically, as per set cycle.
  • Talent Retention:
    • Design and implement employee retention strategies, focusing on employee engagement, recognition, and rewards.
    • Analyze attrition trends and develop action plans to reduce turnover rates.
    • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions based on the employee feedback management system to understand employee needs and concerns.
    • Foster a positive work culture that promotes work-life balance and employee satisfaction.
    • Present MIS and analytics to the management team periodically, as per set cycle.
    Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Development Lead with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 10 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, management, and retention.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

We offer a decent hike on last drawn salary, attractive incentives, medical insurance, paid sick leaves, and a week off on all Sundays with 2nd and 4th Saturdays.
