Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to support our dynamic team. This internship provides an opportunity for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience to gain valuable experience in Mumbai, Delhi, or Bangalore. As an HR Intern, you will assist in recruitment, onboarding, and various HR functions to help streamline our HR processes and enhance employee relations. This is an internship position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and reviewing resumes.
  • Support onboarding procedures for new hires to ensure a seamless introduction to the company.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate communication between employees and senior HR team members.
  • Help analyze HR data and generate reports for management review.
