Job Title: Field Executive

You will be responsible for liaising with our senior management team and executing their instructions accordingly. Your role involves coordinating with our field team members to ensure they are present at the correct venue on time.

This includes both in-house and external vendors based in Nagpur. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our field team follows operational rules such as wearing jackets and using walkie-talkies.

Logistics management is another key aspect of this role, including arranging travel for local and outstation teams, managing food and accommodation, and renting equipment.

A critical aspect of this role is maintaining accurate records and submitting requisitions for equipment deployment well in advance.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and populating an active database of vendors and equipment rentals.

In this supervisory capacity, you will oversee operations and delivery, ensuring adherence to all operational and functional protocols.

Facilitating equipment testing and mitigation in case of failure or technical challenges is also a crucial part of this role.

Effective communication through various channels is essential in this position. The ideal candidate should possess excellent reporting skills, be proficient in Marathi and English, and have strong time management and organizational abilities.
