Job Title: Tender Manager

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the entire tendering process for projects in Carbon Markets, Renewable Energy, Environmental Services, and NBS initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tendering/proposals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with various departments and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

  • Prepare and submit tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids in accordance with client and sector requirements.
  • Review tender documents to identify compliance requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance, business development) and tender experts to compile inputs, cost estimates, and supporting materials.
  • Develop high-quality technical and commercial proposals tailored to carbon markets, renewable energy, and sustainability projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification and 2-6 years of experience in Tender Management in the field of Climate Change and sustainability.
  • Strong knowledge of tendering procedures in government, corporate, or donor-funded projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
