Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to fill the position of Pre-Sales Associate. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and coordination skills, who can work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

This individual will lead the end-to-end bid management process, including crafting responses to RFIs and RFPs in coordination with cross-functional teams. They will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Solution Architects, SMEs, and Product Managers to define solution scope, assess feasibility, and ensure proposal alignment with client needs.

  • Responsibilities include coordinating and tracking bid activities, ensuring timely submission of bid responses by consolidating inputs from legal, finance, and technical teams, and managing supplier registration and onboarding for partners in alignment with client procurement policies.
  • The selected candidate will also participate in client interactions (remote/on-site) to capture requirements, address queries, and support proposal discussions, while contributing to business development by identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and researching prospective clients.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of RFP lifecycle and proposal management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements in bid management is a plus.
