Senior Proposal Manager Role

This position involves leading the bid process from end-to-end, encompassing strategy development, solution creation, and commercial considerations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-sales: Collaborate with technical direction and business organizations to ensure readiness for offers and project references.
  • Anticipate next major RFI/RFP and associated risks, and support coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support new business strategy and development, and prepare documents required for bids.
  • Bid Management: Ensure that group offers are best utilized and maximize the value of the offer.
  • Coordinate the bid team (technical, business, legal, quality, center of expertise, partners) to deliver a cohesive proposal.
  • Analyze the quality of the offer and financial form prior to the offer review, and store information on the CRM tool.
  • Organize and attend offer reviews, perform lessons learned for each CFT, and analyze risk for each bid.
Transversal Activities / Capitalization
  • Issue KPIs from the CRM tool and check accuracy of data.
  • Issue reporting to management, BU, TD, and Pre-Sales Head with adapted frequency and format.
  • Monitor adherence to the bid process and alert if not respected.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of industry experience and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. They should be able to work closely with various stakeholders to drive success in this critical role.
