Job Title

The primary objective of this role is to serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.

  • Customer Relationships:

  • Redirect sales leads to relevant stakeholders while maintaining customer connections.
  • Sales Support:
  • Assist in sending promotional materials to potential clients, promoting brand awareness.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and agreements to drive business growth.
  • Database Management:
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client and sales information, ensuring data integrity.
