Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

Your primary focus will be on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our company.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Languages: Fluency in Korean (spoken and written).
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle customer complaints effectively, good typing speed, and proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to work in rotational shifts if required.
Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the above requirements, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Technical Skills: Experience in e-commerce, banking, or technical support is a plus.
  • Certifications: Certification in Korean language proficiency (TOPIK or equivalent) is an advantage.
