Home Buyer Liaison

At our organization, we strive to make property buying and selling a seamless experience for clients. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential homebuyers, pitching property details, and booking site visits that turn interest into action.

About the Role

As an enthusiastic and client-focused individual, your primary responsibilities will include engaging with incoming leads via phone calls and WhatsApp, clearly and persuasively pitching property details, scheduling and confirming site visits, maintaining follow-ups to nurture leads, and coordinating with the sales team for smooth client handovers.

Key Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
  • Confident, clear, and persuasive speaking style
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory
  • A positive, target-driven attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Freshers with strong communication and eagerness to learn are welcome
