About the Role

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a NBFC, NBFC MFI, SFB, or Bank.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a team handling and leadership role.
  • Familiarity with the business correspondent model and direct lending business is essential.
  • Must have handled BC JLG business.
