Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the growth of our Broadband business by driving customer acquisition and ensuring base growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning actions and initiatives to deliver net adds while considering gross adds and churn angles.

This involves developing and executing a comprehensive 'go-to-market' strategy for our entire product portfolio, extracting and utilizing broadband assets through innovative approaches, and implementing strategies to ensure sales force effectiveness.

Additionally, you will track competition and pricing, drive one Airtel plan for the Broadband channel, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
