As the Campus Head at Newton School of Technology, you will be responsible for steering the student experience from academics to activities. You will be the financial captain, managing the budget and collaborating across departments to ensure clear communication.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Newton School of Technology campus
  • Managing its strategy, identifying and eliminating obstacles that prevent the team from achieving its goals, and ensuring effective communication within and across teams
  • Managing P&L and cross-functional teams at campus and coordinating initiatives with the central program team
  • Working closely with academics and student success teams to derive clear visibility of students' progress and drive outcomes
  • Setting up processes and constantly looking for ways to improve engagement levels and performance of the students through improvement in pedagogy, content, and class delivery
  • Managing campus student's experience charter, campus-level marketing, and branding
  • Working closely with placement and training cell to partner with industries, deliver internship and placement outcomes
  • Managing strong collaboration and bonding with the partner university

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum experience of 6+ years of experience in Category Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with prior software development experience is preferred
  • Goal-driven and works well in fast-paced environments
  • Balance between setting up long-term processes while also hacking your way through achieving goals in the short term
  • Empathy toward students and desire for aspirational outcomes for all students
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
