Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned IT Applications Manager to oversee the seamless operations of various academic, administrative, and enterprise applications at our campus. This includes managing multiple systems such as Salesforce CRM & Admissions, Student Information System (SIS), Learning Management System (LMS), Library Management System, Financial ERP, HRMS, and other mission-critical applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise applications including deployment, configuration, upgrades, integration, performance optimization.
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of all academic and administrative applications.
  • Oversee issue resolution, incident management, and root cause analysis for application-related problems.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Around 15 years of progressive experience in IT application management, preferably in higher education or large enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in managing Salesforce CRM, ERP (Finance & HR), SIS, LMS, Library Management, and related systems.
  • Strong experience in application integration, vendor management, and IT governance.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and digital transformation best practices.

Additional Requirements:

  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
