Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini is a premier leadership development academy established in 1982. We nurture and develop capacities of leaders, social workers, and people involved in institutions and start-ups through research and training.

As a unique institution in the Indian subcontinent with a special consultative status provided by the United Nations Economic and Social Council, we have been involved in numerous initiatives such as Knowledge Excellence Centre, IIDL, Socio-Political Research, Publications, and various programs.

We are seeking an Executive Director who can lead our efforts and bring new dimensions to our current activities.

The role holder should be a visionary leader to manage our Knowledge Excellence Centre at the prestigious Bhayandar campus. This position encompasses:

  • To expand current activities and introduce new areas of study, research, training, and projects in socio-political-economic arenas that can be taken to policy level wherever possible.
  • Closely study international events and initiatives and review their application, relevance, and adaptation to India.
  • Development and execution of training, public awakening, and research programs to facilitate policymakers through collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Fostering collaboration with government bodies, academia, and civic partners.
  • Guide and ensure execution of strategy for in-house talent management & development programs to meet new initiatives.
  • Operate with the management committee through a consultive approach.
  • Overall responsible for new training approach strategies with new-age technologies relevant to socio-political, leadership, and governance subjects to fit our vision & mission.
  • Strategic guidance and operational excellence of existing campus facilities & its expansion projects.
  • Overseeing campus infrastructure, HR & administration, Financials, and other stakeholder relations through an established team led by CEO.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Any professional qualification with Ph.D. preferred.
  • Proven experience of 20-25 years in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors, industry.
  • Strong track record in program development, partnerships, and team management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Commitment to ethical governance and public leadership – aligned with the ethos of 'New Leaders for a New India.'
