Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various functions to ensure seamless customer experiences, managing customer queries, and maintaining high levels of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth handovers to customer care
  • Ensure timely welcome calls to new customers
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer records
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and project management teams on customer documentation
  • Ensure timely responses to customer service requests
  • Collect payments from customers as per payment schedules
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Graduate degree in any stream
  • 3-8 years of experience in customer relationship management
  • Prior experience in real estate or customer service industries is desirable
Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this position is ₹10,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
