Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Hotelogix India Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the hotel industry.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with experience in the hotel industry preferred. You will work closely with our development team to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless communication with clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing customer expectations, escalating concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Manage customer expectations and escalate concerns as necessary
- Work closely with the development team to resolve technical issues
- Ensure seamless communication with clients throughout the process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hotel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with hotel software and systems is a plus
