The Role:

 

We seek an experienced Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex projects in our mobile and cloud environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and make a real impact on global security solutions.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

 

To excel in this role, you will have a strong background in program management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. You will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Ensure timely execution of specific NPI initiatives (epics) adhere to agreed timelines and budgets.

- Coordinate the initiative from ideation to launch.

- Manage stakeholder communication and coordination, including internal ART dependencies, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, NPI Supply Chain, and external contract manufacturers when required.

- Contribute to program management best practices and agile processes improvements (LACE initiatives).

- Develop and implement epic-centric risk management strategies to minimize risks and ensure successful delivery.

- Participate in active planning through PI planning and PI execution.

- Collaborate with agile teams, ARTs, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, expectations, and successful program execution.

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs and projects on time and within budget.
