Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Manage end-to-end client servicing, including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategies to increase revenue growth.
  • Support new business development by participating in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital advertising innovations to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/creative/digital agency.
  • Hands-on agency sales/business development experience required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning.
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
