Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Maintain general ledger and prepare journal entries.
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Prepare and submit tax returns, GST filings, TDS, Manage the internal stake holders and other statutory documents.
Support in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven work experience in accounting or finance (12 years CA for junior; 35+ years for senior roles).
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Strong MS Excel skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications: MBA(Finance), CA, B.Com, M.Com
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
