Job Role: Senior Accounting Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and oversee end-to-end accounting processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, including general ledger management, journal entries, month-end close, accruals, and intercompany transactions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate Balance Sheet schedules and ensure clean Trial Balance monthly
  • Lead Record to Report (R2R), Inventory Accounting, Treasury & Cash Management processes
  • Oversee Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) workflows
  • Manage tax compliance in multiple jurisdictions, including reconciliations and filings
  • Handle treasury operations, including cash management and forecasting
Key Skills:
  • Extensive experience in accounting, preferably with a hybrid model
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and processes
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
