About the Role

Our team is seeking a skilled System Tester to join our Quality Engineering group. This individual will be responsible for defining, refining, building, and maintaining an evolving suite of tests to ensure Enterprise Readiness with the highest quality.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software testing and test automation, preferably within an enterprise storage product environment. They should also have strong knowledge of file systems, protocols, and data replication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to validate product requirements and design documents.
  • Collaborate with Dev/PM, Support, and Escalation teams to help reproduce and root cause customer issues.
  • Identify, analyze, and document defects discovered during testing.

Requirements:

  • Strong Automation skills and familiarity with tooling like pytest.
  • Ability to deploy and use 3rd party IO tools to simulate IO test workloads.
  • Familiarity with application ecosystems (e.g., Netbackup, Veeam, Commvault) and directory services (e.g., openldap).
