Storage Automation Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Automation Quality Assurance Expert to join our team.

  • Hands-on experience of testing backup and recovery solutions.
  • Expertise in domain backup and storage solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as VMware, AWS, or Azure (experience on multiple platforms is a plus).
  • Detailed experience with operating systems and systems administration, including the configuration and deployment of Windows clustered applications.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. As a Storage Automation Quality Assurance Expert, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and performance of storage automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on storage and cloud technologies. They will be able to analyze complex technical requirements and develop creative testing strategies to ensure thorough coverage.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate storage automation solutions.
  • Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in storage and cloud computing.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Hands-on experience with storage and cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
