Job Description

As a technical leader, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of engineering projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely project completion, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting business objectives.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements. Deliver scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Provide technical guidance to the team, overseeing architecture, design, coding best practices, and system performance optimization.

Oversee resource planning, project prioritization, and roadmap execution for engineering initiatives. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure productivity, code quality, and system reliability.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong background in building and scaling technology products.
  • Hands-on experience with modern programming languages such as Java, Python, and React.js.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
