Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern

The Digital Marketing Intern will play a crucial role in executing innovative digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role provides the opportunity to learn and grow by working directly with experienced marketing professionals and clients.

The ideal candidate will contribute to projects involving PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, content creation, and paid media management. This position is perfect for a motivated, creative individual eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Campaign Management:

* Assist in planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, and more.* Assist in the creation and management of PPC campaigns on these platforms. Write ad copy and select visuals for ads.

Market Research:

* Research industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing techniques and tools.

Consumer Behavior Insights:

* Conduct surveys, polls, and focus groups to gather data on consumer preferences.* Analyze and interpret data to understand target audience behaviors and preferences.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

* Monitor ad performance, including CTR, CPC, and ROI.* Suggest and implement changes to improve ad effectiveness, such as A/B testing different creatives or targeting options.

Paid Ads Optimization:

* Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.* Adjust strategies based on performance data.

Analytics & Reporting:

* Use analytics tools to track campaign performance.* Prepare reports and provide insights to improve future campaigns. Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools to gather data on campaign performance.* Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.

SEO and Website Optimization:

* Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to identify relevant keywords for content optimization.* Integrate keywords naturally into blog posts, website copy, and other content.

On-Page and Off-Page SEO:

* Assist in optimizing meta tags, headers, and URLs for SEO.* Help build backlinks through outreach and collaboration with other websites and bloggers.

Content Coordination:

* Work with the creative team to ensure ad content is aligned with campaign goals and brand messaging.

Collaborative Projects:

* Work closely with other team members on integrated marketing campaigns.* Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning.

Cross-Department Coordination:

* Coordinate with other departments such as sales, design, and product development to align marketing efforts.*

Audience Targeting:

* Help define and refine target audiences for campaigns.* Use insights to tailor content and advertising strategies.

Learning & Development:

* Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.* Participate in training sessions and workshops.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field* Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, ) * A keen interest in SEO, PPC, and paid media strategies* Basic understanding of SEO, Performance marketing and Ad Campaigns* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail* Excellent communication and teamwork skills* Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
