Service Delivery Excellence Lead

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Excellence Lead to spearhead application maintenance and support projects.

Job Description:

  • Manage Application Maintenance & Support projects with extensive experience of 7+ years.
  • Exemplary people management skills, able to handle large teams with transition experience.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams assigned to projects, establishing process efficiency.
  • Accountable for service level achievement, ensuring that the Support process is defined, documented, maintained, and communicated within the organization.
  • Expertise in ITIL Framework, reviewing Incident Management process effectiveness.
  • Create strategies to adopt changes management techniques, prepare impact analysis and evaluation of actual changes.
  • Identify risks, analyze, and prepare mitigation plans with Problem management.
  • Develop action plans to ensure continuous improvement, create and update knowledge bases.
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing project information.
  • Participate in UAT / Project Activities / Major transitions to support new releases.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, collaboration, negotiation, and cross-cultural support skills.

  • Good understanding of RPA.
