The Role of a Quality Assurance Engineer

As an integral member of our technology-driven team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our educational platforms and products. This involves meticulous evaluation of user journeys, thorough testing of applications, and identification of areas for improvement to provide an exceptional experience for our users.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee features meet customer requirements
  • Design, review, and contribute to comprehensive test plans, cases, scenarios, scripts, and procedures
  • Develop and manage standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness
  • Work closely with stakeholders to plan test schedules and strategies
  • Reporting, follow-up, bug tracking, and risks management
  • Ensure all reporting is concise and includes necessary details for replication and timely resolution
  • Continuously improve existing products to enhance their reliability and effectiveness
  • Stay updated on the latest testing techniques, tools, and frameworks
Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing for web and mobile applications and API testing
  • Good experience working in agile teams
  • Experience working and testing NoSQL DBs like MongoDB
  • Innovative, creative, proactive, self-motivated traits with excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines with heavy workloads
