Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented quality assurance expert to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality through performance, load, and stress tests.
  • Develop and implement effective test strategies based on user stories and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical feedback.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure test environments are set up correctly.
  • Analyze defects, document findings, and track defect trends.
  • Monitor key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results.
  • Implement process improvements and promote best practices in software quality assurance.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by facilitating resources and guidance for end-users.
  • Conduct security testing to ensure product compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing test plans and strategies.
  • Experience in performance, load, and stress testing.
  • Familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines. Background in defect management and root cause analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5-8 years of relevant testing experience.
