As a senior quality assurance specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and audit transactions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify process deviations and data quality issues across workflows.
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring errors or customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update quality checklists and standard operating procedures.
  • Track and report quality metrics (e.g., error rates, rework volumes, turnaround times).

You will also be responsible for:

  • Servicing audits by providing documentation and process evidence.
  • Conducting training sessions on quality standards and best practices.
  • Defining and implementing quality assurance frameworks across the operations cycle.
  • Setting performance benchmarks and KPIs for quality monitoring.
  • Leading cross-functional reviews to assess process health and compliance.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing audit readiness and ensuring adherence to regulatory controls.
