Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced Global Capability Center (GCC) / Shared Services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop strategic workforce planning initiatives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Manage vendor partnerships to ensure quality hiring outcomes and optimize vendor performance.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools for reporting and insights.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives, campus hiring programs, and internship pipelines to attract top talent.
  • Implement and enhance recruitment automation and AI-based screening solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Track, measure, and report recruitment metrics to leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a GCC/shared services setup.
  • Proven track record of hiring for engineering and support functions at mid to senior levels.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities.
  • Exposure to psychometric and IT assessment platforms.
  • Experience in campus hiring and early talent programs.
  • Familiarity with recruitment automation/AI-enabled tools is a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, or any relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.
