HR Intern Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across various human resources functions.

  • Assist in gathering analysing interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights.
  • Support the creation of reports dashboards to track key HR metrics.
  • Develop document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes to ensure efficiency consistency.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies analyse compensation data.
  • Contribute to the design execution of Learning Development (L&D) programs.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR Business Administration related field.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint).
  • Passion for learning contributing to a dynamic HR environment.
