We are seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to manage and improve operational workflows for our IP protection services, build strong client relationships, and play a key operational and strategic role in developing and managing new business models while driving AI innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee Brand Protection & E-Commerce Activities: Manage all enforcement efforts and related e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media.
- Client Onboarding & Planning: Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, set clear expectations, and establish brand protection strategies.
- Operational Execution: Work closely with the CTO and CCO to ensure technical, enforcement, and customer-facing tasks are delivered effectively.
- Strategic Growth & Innovation: Drive initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and AI innovation.
- Hub of the Team: You are a connector, ensuring smooth communication between clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Brand Protection Expert: You have proven in-depth experience with online brand protection, including takedowns on marketplaces, domains, and social media.
- AI-Savvy: You understand how AI tools and platforms can enhance brand protection, and you're eager to explore and apply them to improve efficiency, detection, and innovation.
