Senior Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated business professional to join our organization. The role demands strong analytical ability, leadership, and a consultative mindset to support clients with financial, taxation, and strategic advisory solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client engagements across taxation, audit, compliance, and financial advisory.
- Provide end-to-end consulting on Direct & Indirect Taxation, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, and Business Restructuring.
- Review and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and compliance documentation.
- Advise clients on strategic decision-making, cost optimization, and growth planning.
- Ensure regulatory compliance under Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other applicable laws.
- Handle complex accounting issues and provide practical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Mentor and review work of junior consultants and associates.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), IFRS, and regulatory frameworks.
- Expertise in Taxation, Corporate Law, Audit, and Compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as lead a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a consultative approach.
