Become a Business Requirements Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team as a Business Requirements Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

  • As a Business Requirements Specialist, you will interact with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • You will create and maintain detailed requirement documents, ensuring clear understanding among development and QA teams.
  • Your responsibilities will include coordinating with development and QA teams, and conducting market analysis as required.
  • You will also assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate delivered solution meets business expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Translate business needs into detailed requirements through interaction with stakeholders.

  • Create, review, and maintain BRD and FRD documents.
  • Ensure clear understanding of requirements among development and QA teams.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate delivered solution meets business expectations.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed as a Business Requirements Specialist, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • A good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
