We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive growth and expansion for our agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business opportunities, successfully closing client deals, and driving revenue growth.
Job Description:
As a Senior Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, and collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to create customized proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans
- Create customized proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations to clients
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development
- Proven track record in generating new business and successfully closing client deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually appealing designs
