Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Supply Chain Solutions Specialist. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain planning solutions and the ability to design and implement effective solutions for our clients.

Solution consultants play a vital role in this process, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of 1-5 years, an academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research, and certification as a Solution Consultant level 1.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with clients, translating their business requirements into technical solutions, and supporting data integration. They will work closely with Solution Architects and Senior Solution Consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and source system functionality.
  • Support Solution Architects in designing complex solutions while maintaining best practices.
  • Validate and test solutions, capturing user feedback and supporting data management and integration activities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience of 1-5 years
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research, with an excellent academic record.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory; higher certifications are an asset.
  • Capability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide expected functionalities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
  • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP are beneficial.
