Job Description

Design and implement supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro)

This position is remote but will involve business travel.

As a Solution Consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).

You'll play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting data integration, and ensuring clients gain measurable value from their investments.

You'll collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Senior Solution Consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize supply chain operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with our clients to understand their business requirements and collaborate with project teams to configure solutions accordingly.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and source system(s) functionality.
  • Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Support the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback.
  • Support data management and data integration-related activities.

Additional tasks may be assigned by the Project Manager as required.

Required Qualifications

Relevant experience from 1 to 5 years is required.

Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research, or related field, with excellent academic record.

Certification as a Solution Consultant Level 1 is mandatory; Level 2 or higher is an asset.

Ability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide or support expected functionalities.

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills
  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
  • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP are an asset.
